Cancellation Policy

At KSD Aesthetics, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality care and attention. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect everyone’s time, we have established the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice Required:

We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellation/Rescheduling with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation/Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:

For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file.

No-Call No-Show:

If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us (no-call no-show), 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, adhering to this policy allows us to provide the best service possible to all our valued clients.
